How the line is drawn
Every 3 hours a collector reads what beta sellers are asking and keeps the cheapest coin it finds. The axis starts at zero on purpose: halving should look like halving, not like a crash.
How to read it
Sharp spikes early on are a few sellers and little stock. The long flat stretch that follows is supply catching up. A gap between the market floor and a given seller's price is normal: sellers differ in stock, speed and how they deliver.
About these numbers
Why does the chart start so high?
The first days of the beta had almost no gold in the world and only a handful of sellers. A thin market asks whatever it likes; the line falls as more farmers come in and start undercutting each other.
Is the table a price list from this site?
No. Each name in it is an independent seller asking its own price. We copy what they ask, convert it to dollars and put the numbers side by side. Our own seller's offers are on the ladder, not here.
Will the price change at launch?
Completely. Beta gold lives on characters that reset on November 4, and the live game starts with an empty economy. Treat this page as a record of the beta, not a forecast for launch.
